Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Report all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical and record all entries in an informative, descriptive manner.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, hair care, nail care, and bowel/bladder functions, while maintaining resident dignity and wishes.
