Job Summary

• As a Bid / Pursuit Management Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the organization’s growth by leading end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal management for enterprise IT and ERP engagements, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• You will coordinate inputs from Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to create winning proposals and maintain a structured bid content library including reusable materials and case studies.
• The role requires excellent time management, meticulous proofreading, and collaboration with Sales and Global PMO teams to ensure proposal alignment with organizational strategy and quality assurance before submission.
