Salary
Base: $207,490 - $251,433; Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and global shutdown eligibility
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced scientific or medical degree required
Minimum 5 years pharma industry experience
US market and cell therapy experience preferred
Strategic engagement with institutions and KOLs
Leadership in matrix environment with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have
Experience with CAR T therapy lifecycle management
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to navigate complex topics with confidence
Excellent planning and organization under pressure
Commitment to high ethics and integrity standards
Key Requirements
DO, MD, NP, PA, PharmD, or PhD degree
Minimum 5+ years experience in pharma/biopharma
US Market and Cell Therapy experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership experience in matrix environment
