Base: $86,000.00 - $160,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based incentives and discretionary bonuses possible; Benefits: Health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, retirement savings plans

7+ years technology delivery experience
3+ years leading RPA initiatives
Hands-on UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate
Experience in financial services or banking
Strong stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field
7+ years of experience in technology delivery or digital transformation
3+ years leading RPA initiatives in a large enterprise environment
Proven ability to operate effectively in regulated environments
