Key Requirements

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in food manufacturing
  • Associate's or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, Computer Science or Food Processing preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Understanding of preventative maintenance programs required
  • Mechanic, pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical knowledge required
  • Experience reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
  • Experience with wiring electrical control panels
  • Experience with plumbing equipment, pneumatic or hydraulic lines
  • Experience planning, selecting, testing, installing and maintaining equipment
  • 4-20mA control Loops
  • Motor Control Centers utilizing voltages from 120vac to 480vac
  • Variable Frequency Drives
  • Rockwell PLC Programming Software Legacy and Logix based
  • Rockwell View Studio (ME) Version 6 and up
  • Intouch (Wonderware) Development utilizing version 2012 P01 and newer
  • Intouch, Intouch Historian and SQL server 2008
  • Computer Server file locations and Network configuration
  • AutoCAD or other Electrical Print Viewing Software
  • Understanding P&ID’s
  • Sound wiring principles and techniques
