Job Summary

  • Performs various duties in connection with scheduled events, performing duties in the kitchen facility, working as an event bartender, banquet operations, event operations, skilled and unskilled job tasks as assigned.
  • Must be a leader, motivating the servers, resolving conflicts and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Responsible for equipment inventory monthly and ensuring the back of the house are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
