• Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for assigned properties.
• Responsibilities include performing routine assessments, day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance, painting, and housekeeping.

• Apprentice program or trade school graduate preferred
