  • Performs ongoing preventive and repair response work orders
  • Maintains and operates HVAC/R systems and associated equipment
  • Performs assigned facility inspections and due diligence

Key Requirements

  • Universal CFC recovery certification
  • Minimum four years technical experience in building engineering
  • Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration
