Employees must report all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm environment.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition

Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record entries on notes and incident reports
