  • Reporting directly to the Head of Quality and Safeguarding, you will be working closely with all areas of the business to manage Incidents & Complaints requirements and leading a team, to deliver a high-quality service experience as our customers go through all stages of the HomeMade journey.
  • This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving quality and delivering exceptional support to our team and customers.
