Base: $107,920.00 - $161,880.00 USD Annual; Bonus: 5% target of base salary; Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time off

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Experience managing interdisciplinary teams
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Program Planning
  • AI Product Development expertise

Nice-to-have

  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
  • Experience with generative and agentic AI
  • Data analytic techniques including causal analysis
  • Willingness to serve as individual contributor
  • Experience aggregating data in Excel

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years related experience preferred
