Job Summary

  • Responsible for supporting the Director of Operations in all aspects of the Maintenance CMMS program, including work order management, asset tracking, and preventive maintenance planning.
  • Support compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies, and assist with the compliance for emergency generators, fire suppression systems, and other life safety systems.
  • Conduct frequent facility inspections to identify potential safety hazards, note deficiencies, and supervise remediation action plans.
