Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Director of Operations in all aspects of the Maintenance CMMS program, including work order management, asset tracking, and preventive maintenance planning.
Support compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies, and assist with the compliance for emergency generators, fire suppression systems, and other life safety systems.
Conduct frequent facility inspections to identify potential safety hazards, note deficiencies, and supervise remediation action plans.
