Job Summary
The RISE program aims to ensure that communities affected by crises have timely, accurate, and accessible information about available services and support.
The Protection Information and Referral Officer will support the implementation of the RISE program by managing information collection and production, responding to community inquiries, strengthening communication with communities, referrals pathways, and service mapping mechanisms.
This role ensures that affected populations have access to critical information and can receive timely support through appropriate channels.

Key Requirements
At least three years' experience in an NGO
Good protection background and knowledge of refugee context
Demonstrated ability to identify and refer vulnerable cases
Strong experience in capacity building
Experience working with vulnerable groups
Familiarity in content development
Bachelor’s degree in social work, Humanitarian Studies, International Relations, or a related field
