Job Summary
The Manager, Production Operations is responsible for completion of all daily productions tasks to ensure all Client SLAs are met in a timely and accurate manner, while meeting unit cost goals.
They provide effective leadership to assigned staff to maximize the productivity, efficiency, quality and associate engagement of our Production Operations team.
The manager monitors the performance of their assigned staff, and acts as a liaison with representatives from other departments to meet production and business objectives.
