Job Summary

  • Lead the strategy, design and delivery of customer and adviser insights to programmes to inform and drive business strategy, proposition development, regulatory compliance and operational improvements.
  • Manage third party research suppliers in order to optimise the value derived from these partnerships, building a complete knowledge of customers and advisers from these complimentary sources.
