As a Test Program Integrator across a broad portfolio of Commercial and Military Development Programs, you’ll drive the future of Test Program Management — shaping how we define, validate, and deliver test requirements.
You’ll join a cross‑functional team to develop and fuse requirements into practical solutions, craft program plans, and lead implementation.
Reporting directly to the Test Program Managers and often speaking on behalf of the BT&E organization, you will be the technical architect and integrator who turns complex challenges into elegant, operational reality.

Salary
Experienced Level (Level 3): $111,350 – $150,650; Senior Level (Level 4): $135,150 – $182,850; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and time away from work.
