Job Summary

  • Responsible for the safe execution of concurrent projects, ensuring delivery to JLL's and Rolls-Royce's standards in safety, quality, and programme, while complying with CDM legislation.
  • Provide Health and Safety leadership, promote behavioural safety improvements, and carry out regular site manager safety audits.
  • Lead your team to deliver company's 'management expectations' successfully across all key areas of the project, managing and supporting individuals and the team to meet and exceed business performance targets.

  • Experience managing Mechanical and/or Electrical Installations

  • Understanding of RIBA Design stages
  • Ability to read/interpret drawings
  • Experience managing health and safety procedures
  • City & Guilds /NVQ (or equivalent) construction qualification
  • SSSTS / SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, First Aid
