Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the facility to ensure all resident assessments are completed per strict guidelines.
This role involves tracking and monitoring the effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Weekly CSR reports.
The incumbent must coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set for each new admission according to regulatory time frames.

Key Requirements
