Salary
Base: $184,800 - $277,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Must-have
5+ years experience in U.S. Federal market
10+ years experience in Product Management
Expertise in federal HR systems like HR Connect
Knowledge of Title V and OPM Regulations
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
Nice-to-have
Experience with intelligence community practices
Ability to present to executive audiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Track record of coaching others on functionality
Key Requirements
10+ years Product Management experience
5+ years U.S. Federal market experience
Knowledge of GPPA and Human Capital Information Model
Experience with Shared Service Providers (HR Connect, EmpowHR)
