Cognex is seeking a Senior Commissions Analyst to manage the commission processes for its sales personnel in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and commission management, possess bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and be able to work onsite in Tlaquepaque, Mexico

Job Summary

  • This position is primarily responsible for all aspects of the commission process for the company’s sales personnel in the Americas.
  • In addition, this role will serve as the global resource to ensure standard practices are being followed across the company.
  • Participate in development of new Incentive plan structures each year and assist with forecasting for commissions expense.
