Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Sciences
  • Perform ABO/Rh and IAT testing procedures
  • Execute antibody identification and cross-matching
  • Maintain instrument functionality and preventive maintenance
  • Identify abnormal or discrepant laboratory results

Nice-to-have

  • ASCP and/or CHT (ABHI) certification preferred
  • Previous clinical laboratory experience valued
  • Ability to assist in student teaching and training
  • Experience with massive transfusion protocols
  • Strong communication skills with medical staff

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Sciences
  • 30 semester hours in biology and chemistry if degree is not in MLT/MLS
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
  • Pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test
