Job Summary
The Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for all functions relating to quality, inspection, documentation, customer quality/warranty issues, and system approvals plant-wide.
Maintain a strong and consistent daily presence where the work is performed, engaging directly with operations and quality personnel to identify issues early, ensure alignment with standards, and demonstrate visible leadership.
Oversee and facilitate lean and continuous improvement initiatives that eliminate waste (TIMWOOD), strengthen standard work to improve process flows, enhance efficiencies, and build quality into every stage of operations.
