Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, compliant, and well-maintained while supporting residents and staff.
The Maintenance Director must prepare for and participate in state and federal surveys and inspections to maintain regulatory standing.
Candidates will receive a competitive salary equivalent to $35–$40/hour along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.
