Base: $169,000 - $253,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus plus annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years in services sales or consulting
4+ years with enterprise ERP or Financials
Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles
Strong Financials expertise including debits and credits
Ability to design deployment roadmaps and estimates
Nice-to-have
Anticipatory thinking and proactive risk management
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent client-facing storytelling abilities

Experience supporting RFPs and proposals
Key Requirements
6+ years experience in services sales, consulting, or implementation delivery
4+ years experience with enterprise ERP, Financials, or similar SaaS solutions
End-to-end implementation or deployment experience required
Strong Financials (FINS) expertise in budgeting and planning
