Job Summary

• This role defines how LettrLabs is positioned in the market, how our products are differentiated, and how customers understand and realize value from first touch through long-term adoption.
• You are the single accountable owner of product positioning, messaging, and storytelling across the company, working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure clarity and consistency everywhere customers engage with us.
• This is a hands-on, zero-to-one role. You’ll turn knowledge held by sales and account teams into repeatable, scalable assets that drive pipeline, improve close rates, and unlock new growth channels such as paid, partnerships, and referrals.
