Job Summary

  • The Lead Analyst, Contract Management Offer Development/Operations will demonstrate contract development expertise, providing subject matter expertise in execution of the overall contract management strategy.
  • This position will support the review, preparation, and execution of RFI’s and RFP’s, including data analysis, and manage pricing requests, support pricing initiatives, promotions and programs and data management including system data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Contracting or related field required
  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive work experience required
  • minimum of 4 years in a commercial contracting & redlining preferred
  • Experience in medical device or healthcare field is preferred
  • Leadership, collaboration, communication, and analytical skills are required
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines is required
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills required
  • Proven strong analytic skills (advanced Excel)
  • Proven leadership skills
