The ideal candidate will have a background in social work or related fields, along with experience in case management and crisis intervention.

Job Summary
The Family Advocate is responsible for assessing whether a minor client’s family or household member meets protocol eligibility to launch services.
This position will have an active role in the community partnering with agencies including advocates, law enforcement, medical, child welfare, placement, mental health providers and if available child advocacy centers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or closely related field
2-3 years case management and/or crisis intervention experience
Personal or professional experience with victims of human trafficking, child abuse and neglect, or youth experiencing homelessness and/or addiction
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Pass pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks
Provide proof of work eligibility
