This position requires extensive travel across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan to deliver classroom training, webinars, and trade show demos.
The successful candidate will act as a primary technical marketing support provider while collaborating with the global Academy team on material localization.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years technical experience minimum
3 years training or instructional role
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
IP surveillance and network technology knowledge
Frequent travel across Greater China region
Nice-to-have
Strong pedagogical and presentation skills
Experience in multinational environments
Collaborative team player mindset
Ability to localize training content
Passion for teaching and innovation
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of technical experience
At least 3 years in a training or instructional role
Solid understanding of IP networks and camera technologies
Comparable technical expertise to a Sales Engineer
