You will lead a team of 35 professionals across Europe within a company dedicated to sustainable energy solutions and a proactive safety culture.

Must-have
8+ years EPC industrial site management experience
Engineering degree in mechanical, civil, or electrical fields
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary construction teams
Expertise in HSE safety delegation and culture promotion
Experience managing projects over 100 million euros
Nice-to-have
Multicultural and multi-disciplinary environment experience
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
Background in air separation or hydrogen production units

Key Requirements
