The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the day-to-day activities and clinical oversight of the rehabilitation department across assigned facilities.
This role requires direct supervision of all therapy personnel including PTs, OTs, Speech therapists, assistants, and students while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The position involves implementing new treatment programs, managing denials, and maintaining high-quality service delivery standards for in-patients and out-patients.
