Job Summary
Collaborate with pre and post award stakeholders to manage patient recruitment and retention support operational plans on larger, multi-region studies or programs.
Represent IQVIA's Patient Recruitment at site and sponsor-facing meetings to present strategy, train CRAs and site staff, and conduct recruitment support workshops.
Act as senior oversight for large studies and programs, leading a team and taking overall ownership for study KPI and financial performance.
