Job Summary
The Innovation Management System (IMS) leads the transformation by defining, developing, deploying, and strengthening the processes that power GE HealthCare’s Innovation Roadmap.
As the enterprise leader for the New Product Introduction (NPI) Management System, you will define, deploy, and continuously improve the late-stage innovation operating model for GE HealthCare.
This role owns the systems, processes, governance, and performance mechanisms that ensure disciplined, predictable, and high-impact delivery of NPIs to market.

Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide operating systems
Proven ability to influence and lead at executive levels
