Job Summary

• Reporting to the Eligibility Team Leader you will be responsible for providing proactive support to the claims team relating to the assessment of liability and the determination of claims.
• The purpose of this role is to make decisions on whether to accept, investigate or reject claims and once liability has been determined, forward the appropriate claims to the relevant case manager for on-going management.
