Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to perform general engineering methods while developing advanced technologies for the medical device industry.
You will be responsible for defining optical system configurations, selecting laser processing hardware, and directing the use of LASER systems for material processing, cutting, and welding.
This role requires embedding quality within the engineering discipline by assuring adherence to Quality Management Systems and contributing to corrective actions.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
3+ years relevant engineering experience
In-depth understanding of laser-material interactions
Optical system configuration and hardware selection
Beam analyzer and power meter diagnostic skills
Root cause analysis for product failures
Quality Management System (QMS) adherence
