The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
You will be responsible for preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician, verifying resident identity, and ensuring prescribed medication for one resident is not administered to another.
This role requires ensuring that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility and participating in the facility’s quality assurance program.
