This role acts as the product lead inside strategic customer accounts to help customers adopt and expand their use of OpenAI products.
The successful candidate will identify opportunities for deeper deployment, new integrations, and broader product usage across teams and workflows.
You must be comfortable operating in highly ambiguous environments while serving as the connective tissue between customers, engineering, GTM, and product teams.
