Getsauce is seeking an Onboarding Agent to facilitate the onboarding process for new restaurant customers on their technology platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth setup and customer satisfaction

Job Summary

  • Sauce is a premier restaurant technology platform that helps businesses grow with our Commission-Free Delivery & Pickup structure and proprietary delivery optimization technology.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding all new restaurant customers to the Sauce platform, ensuring a successful and efficient setup.
  • As you grow in this role, you’ll be proactively reaching out to restaurant owners throughout their onboarding cycle, helping them learn about and understand the software and platform, setting expectations early and often, and most importantly, working to help them receive more and more orders!
