Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to ensure New Product Introduction projects result in high-quality products.
Candidates will lead testing and validation of new test methods, including gage R&R studies and statistical analysis using software packages like Minitab.
The successful candidate must adhere to Integer's values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including FDA regulations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years progressive engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Strong statistical analysis skills with Minitab
Knowledge of ISO14971 risk management standards
Experience leading NPI projects and product transfers
Ability to coach and mentor engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in engineering preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with FDA regulations and QMS
Background in battery manufacturing
Proven track record in continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Minimum 7 years of engineering experience
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred
