Job Summary

  • Oversees all day-to-day responsibilities for assigned clinical programs or facilities, managing supply chain services including replenishment, put-away, receiving, distribution, and special orders.
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of system initiatives and continuous improvement programs, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring optimal utilization of PeriOp programs and SCO policies to reduce costs.
  • Directs and leads staff, conducts performance appraisals, coaches and counsels team members, and develops appropriate goals to ensure department goals are met.
