Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
  • Essential duties include administrative functions such as assisting the Director of Nursing Services, participating in policy development, and ensuring staff compliance with procedures.
  • Nursing care functions involve informing personnel of new admissions, providing direct nursing care as necessary, and monitoring medication passes and treatment schedules.
