The position is accountable for managing a $30–35M outsourcing budget while driving the organization's transition toward AI-first, agentic workflows.
Candidates must possess strong technical judgment to re-imagine traditional systems into intelligent, AI-enabled architectures and influence senior leadership on trade-offs.

Salary
Base: $171,900 - $326,800 annually (US); Base: $225,700 - $326,800 (California); Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) and potential equity awards

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA preferred
12-15+ years in technical or localization program management
Hands-on experience applying GenAI and AI/ML technologies
Proven track record delivering large-scale platform-level programs
