This role involves overseeing all aspects of Technology including technical services, IT, network administration, and cybersecurity for the Paycom Center.
The incumbent must ensure compliance with NBA, City of Oklahoma City, and Thunder cybersecurity expectations while managing subordinate managers and supervisors.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, procurement of materials, directing bid processes, and acting as Manager on Duty during events.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
3 to 5 years of progressive IT management experience
Live event or venue setting IT experience
Advanced knowledge of Windows core infrastructure technologies
Cisco, Ruckus, or Extreme network routing and switching
PCI compliance and cybersecurity protocol implementation
Experience with procurement, RFPs, and contract administration
Nice-to-have
Professional sports venue experience preferred
Multi-site IT operations environment experience
Mac and PC advanced support level knowledge
Strategic planning for process improvements
Ability to work irregular hours including nights and holidays
