Job Summary
The VDSE Calibration Technical Specialist is responsible for indirectly leading a team of VDSE Calibration Engineers to produce high-quality, on-time deliverables for all vehicle programs using common methods, processes, and procedures.
Provide technical leadership for calibration within the product area and serve as the voice of calibration into architecture, software, and program teams.
The selected candidate will also have a unique opportunity to influence and develop future VDSE architectures and controls strategies.

Key Requirements
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience
Thorough knowledge of VDSE algorithms, models, and calibrations
Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate and motivate performance
Strong understanding of C/C++ software development principles
