Job Summary

  • The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats residents, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and communicates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Responsibilities include supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), aides, and students, and completing evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, recertifications, and discharge documentation.
  • This role requires a California Occupational Therapist license and proficiency in electronic documentation systems, with skilled nursing or geriatric experience being preferred.
