DHHS Nebraska is seeking a dedicated health educator to enhance access to diabetes self-management, education, and support programs and improve the quality of care among healthcare providers to improve outcomes for Nebraskans with diabetes.
The coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing access to Diabetes Self-Management Education & Support (DSMES) programs and work closely with healthcare teams to improve their diabetes management practices.
This role oversees the development, implementation, and monitoring of contracts and subawards, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
