Job Summary

  • The Support and Operations team is responsible for delivering exceptional ticketing service to clients through effective management of client requirements, sitting at the intersection of client relationship management, ticketing strategy, advanced product support, and operational delivery.
  • This role is designed to provide sporting clients with a single, highly skilled point of contact across all Ticketmaster systems, including Archtics, HOST, and associated advanced products.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of sporting clients, with a strong focus on seasonal ticketing, membership, subscription models, and advanced CRM functionality.
