Sanofi is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel for its Manufacturing and Supply Transactions and Operations team. This role requires extensive experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing transactions and aims to support global manufacturing operations while promoting legal strategy and dispute resolution

Job Summary

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Sanofi’s Global Manufacturing and Supply organization, supporting leaders across Global Business Units with subject matter expertise in complex international manufacturing and supply transactions.
  • Drive legal strategy, drafting, and negotiation for complex transactions across biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations globally, including direct materials, drug substance, and finished goods.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive projects related to transformation of the M&S industrial network, including capacity, investment, strategic sourcing, and collaborations with external partners.
