As a Field Applications Specialist, you will act as the primary liaison and customer representative throughout the implementation process and provide future histology application support.
You will provide highly visible, self-supervised, and self-directed advisory customer support through the implementation of Roche Tissue instrumentation and tailored customer training.
The ideal candidate will reside in Boston or Cambridge, Massachusetts, with 90% travel expected for this field-based role across the United States.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, IT, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical Laboratory or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory, IT products, medical diagnostic equipment, reagents and/or systems
