The Manager for Online Communities and Influence is responsible for strategically building, managing, and governing Globe's digital presence across corporate social channels and owned communities.
This role is the lead for influencer engagement and activation, focused on amplifying Globe’s corporate narrative and reputation, driving digital community growth, and ensuring all online communication adheres to policy and effectively manages reputational risk.
Key responsibilities include leading community management, content strategy for corporate channels, developing the This IsKwela community, building relationships with emerging online communities, and overseeing timely production of network advisories and public service announcements.
