• The Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution team supports clients in various tax and customs audits, as well as tax and administrative court proceedings, handling complex disputes worth millions or even billions of PLN.
• The role involves collaborating with experienced team members on comprehensive dispute handling, including before tax authorities, administrative courts, the Constitutional Tribunal, and the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as supporting clients in non-tax disputes.
